Kyle Massey says Bristol Palin stole his idea for her reality show.
Kyle Massey has filed a lawsuit against the producers of Bristol Palin's new reality show.
The actor, known for his role on the Disney Channel showThat's So Raven, claims he and his brother Christopher created a show for former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's daughter - but they were cut out of the project at the last minute.
In the suit, filed in Los Angeles on June 19th and obtained by TMZ.com, Massey claims he met Bristol when they were both contestants on Dancing with the Stars - and developed the idea for a show, called Helping Hands, in which the brothers help Palin meet the challenges of child rearing while adjusting to life in Los Angeles.
According to the suit, a producer named David McKenzie took on the project, cut the Masseys out of the show and repackaged the idea as Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp.
The Masseys are demanding monetary compensation, claiming they were not properly credited for creating the showJacked from KGET

Yeah...I remember all of them saying they were doing a reality show. Damn that was a cut throat move.
Oh Kyle, you should've known better.
I thought that Kyle was suing the producers of Bristol Palin's new reality show and not Bristol.
