Well, the 6-month old got a leg up on learning the art of retail therapy when she stepped out was carried out by her very stylish mama, Beyoncé. And while Bey covered her daughter's face from the paparazzi, another shopper was quick to snap a pic of Her Highness, Queen Blue.
