Sylvester Stallone's nephew blasts the action hero for ignoring son Sage while he was alive.
The nephew of Sylvester Stallone has lashed out at the Hollywood star in the wake of his son Sage’s mysterious death, suggesting the actor had iced the 36-year-old filmmaker out of his life in the days before his death.
In a series of vitriolic messages posted on Facebook last Friday, obtained by Celebuzz but since removed, Edd Filiti, 18, claimed theRocky star had failed to return his eldest son Sage’s call to wish his father happy birthday on July 6.
“What did he do wrong, say happy birthday,” Filiti, Sage’s cousin and the son of Stallone’s half-sister Toni Ann, wrote on the social networking site.
“Neither you [Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin] or he could return a phone call, which is all he wanted, his father. I know you don’t care what happened, but you’ll care when your (sic) squirming under the burning magnifying glass of public opinion.”
Filiti said: “You people make me f*ckin sick.”
Filiti did not return a request for comment.
As Celebuzz reported, Sage was “depressed” before his death because he was estranged from the Oscar-nominated actor, according to a family insider who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
“Sage was not allowed in his father’s home and he admitted to other family members of his devastation that he’d seemingly been cut out of his father’s life,” a family friend revealed.
“Sage idolized his father but they had become estranged in recent time. It crushed him.”Jacked from Celebuzz

I don't think that his cousin wants publicity I think that he is just speaking out for a love one who was obviously suffering deeper then the people who was around him new. I had an absentee father and that chit does hurt because many times these nicca don't have a real reason for why they are not around they are just selfish but thank God I had a very loving mother. This is also why I don't have children yet what is the rush I would rather take my time and be happy then to rush and be unhappy with my selection because the children are the only ones who suffer. What kind of real parent period would erase there children out of there lives just because they got married again?
NUBIAN I rarely respond to your comments but I read them a lot of various blogs and many times they are very entertaining but not every situation in life has a negative out look. People do suffer injustice in life and are abused by the ones they love the most. Sometimes a little bit of empathy can go a long way with the lost soul.
