DJ Kahled may be the best, but that doesn't mean he can pay the bills. DJ Khaled facing eviction after falling $55,000 behind in rent.
DJ Khaled can spin it anyway he wants ... but his landlord has sued to have him evicted, claiming the famous deejay failed to pay $55,000 in back rent.
According to court docs filed in Miami, Khaled rented an apartment last September from Misci LLC and agreed to make two bulk payments of $66,000 for rent. Khaled made the first payment, but according to the landlord's lawsuit ... he failed to make the second one after re-working the deal to pay $11,000 upfront and the remaining $55,000 a month later.
Two weeks later, Misci says they gave Khaled three days notice to vacate the property, but he refused. Misci then filed a lawsuit to get their money back (plus attorneys' fees) and have Khaled removed from the apartment.
The case is still ongoing.
We reached out multiple times to Khaled's lawyer and rep ... no word back.Jacked TMZ

If this is true what happen to living within your budget. Longevity longevity is the key. Having a place to stay, food, lights etc. should be important.
Doesn't he have residual income? Didn't he make music with that fat boy out in Miami? I have no sympathy for people who don't have their priorities In order.
Typical frontin azz kneegrow mentality always wanting to show off rather than be stable and prepare for the future...
One day, I saw the vid w/him and about 10+ other rappers on 106th/Park. Piddy was one of them, making it wack by default.
But the only thing that went through my head is 1)Why so many people on a record saying nothing; and 2) after Sean Combs gets his cut, how is the rest of the money divided since the music biz doesn't make money like it once did?
umm, why this dude still paying rent though?
^^^^^^^ His rent is different than your rent. He doesn't live in a 1000 ft. two bed two bath.
So in other words, he's broke. Out helping to promote others while your bank account is decline.
ok...now i see why this niggas going harder than i've ever seen him promote this new album he got. and how the fuk a hype man who don't sing hooks or rap get a fuk'n record deal anyway???
Whats really going on? All that money that he generates, maybe he owns alot of property and he cant pay the rent right now. The more money u make the more u spend. He is probably living beyond his means.
