Former 'Happy Days' star Erin Moran's non-stop partying has landed her on the streets.
FORMER “Happy Days” star Erin Moran is haggard and homeless, bouncing around from motel to motel after being thrown out of the trailer she was sharing with her mother-in-law. What’s more, sources close to the struggling child star say she’s blowing through a cash settlement she was awarded after she and other “Happy Days” alum sued CBS for merchandise revenue.
And once that money runs out, the former child actress and her husband Steve Fleischmann – who works in the garden center of an Indiana Walmart – will be hard-pressed to keep a roof over their heads.
As The ENQUIRER reported in June, the couple moved into the Berkshire Pointe Mobile Home Park in New Salisbury, Ind., with Steve’s mom after they lost their California home to foreclosure and were evicted.
For a while, Erin, who won America’s heart as Richie Cunningham’s little sister Joanie on the ’70s sitcom, served as her mother-in-law’s caretaker – cooking, cleaning and taking care of the 72-year-old’s personal hygiene.
“Erin was a huge help at first, but then Steve’s mom got fed up with Erin’s nonstop partying and told her to hit the road,” a close source revealed.
“Erin was going to bars and coming home at all hours of the night, sometimes with her rowdy bar friends, and Steve’s mom just couldn’t take it anymore.
“She told Erin to leave.”
Erin, 51, and Steve, 45, then moved into the Baymont Inn & Suites in Corydon, Ind., but another source says their stay was short-lived because of Erin’s partying and belligerent behavior with hotel staff.
“On several occasions the hotel management warned Erin to curb her unruly behavior, but they finally had enough of her temper and demanded that she immediately leave the property.”
After a brief stay with friends, the couple checked into the Holiday Inn Express in Corydon. But according to another insider, the couple would likely be moving to the Super 8 motel before long because it’s cheaper.
In April 2011, Erin and three of her former “Happy Days” cast members – Anson Williams (“Potsie Weber”), Marion Ross(“Marion Cunningham”) and Don Most (“Ralph Malph”) – and the widow of Tom (“Howard Cunning¬ham”) Bosley filed a $10 million lawsuit against CBS. They claimed they were owed funds from the worldwide sale of “Happy Days” merchandise. The lawsuit was settled this past July.
Although the terms are confidential, sources say Erin has been hinting that her take was somewhere around $65,000 – and that she’s been spending money “like a drunken sailor.”
“When Erin goes out to bars, she buys drinks for almost everyone in the place as if she has a never-ending supply of cash,” the close source added.
“At this rate, Erin’s money is going to be gone within a matter of weeks – and her quality of life is going to continue to sink lower and lower.”Jacked from The National Enquirer

A fool and his money are soon parted. That applies to "her" as well. Last time I saw Erin on tv she appeared to have a mental imbalance of some kind. Obviously her husband doesn't give a shit.
It seems that every child star ends up with some serious issues. Sad, indeed.
