Former America's Next Top Model judge Nigel Barker will appeal on Naomi Campbell's rival model reality show 'The Face.'
Nigel Barker, former “America’s Next Top Model” judge, has no hard feeling toward former boss Tyra Banks, who famously fired him from the show in April. “I know it was tough on [Tyra] as well. It’s never easy to fire someone, least of all, of course, a friend,” Barker, who was unceremoniously dumped after the show’s 18th season, tells Page Six Magazine. “At the same time, this is business and things change. She’s a good girl, a strong woman, and she’s done a lot with her life.” Barker, who was on the program for 10 years, confesses he will still tune in. “It’s a great show,” he says. “The bottom line is, I’m happy for her, and we’re [Barker and wife Crissy] onto bigger and better things ourselves. We’re excited for the next chapter in all our lives.” Barker will appear next on Naomi Campbell’s upcoming project on Oxygen, “The Face,” with models Coco Rocha, Karolina Kurkova and Campbell herself. Good for him. I watched ANTM until Season 3 and anytime I checked in, Tyra seemed to make it goofy or weird. Heard Tyler Perry was going to be a guest judge on the next season.
