Baby pictures of “Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s son, Lorenzo Dominic, sold big to People magazine, but we hear sales of the issue weren’t such a bundle of joy. Sources told us People paid between $250K and $300K for exclusive photos of 1-week-old baby Lorenzo for the cover of last week’s issue. But we’re told the issue sold fewer than a million newsstand copies, which is around average for the magazine. Reps for Snooki didn’t comment. A rep for People said: “We don’t comment on our editorial processes.” Snooki gave birth Aug. 26, shortly before MTV announced the sixth season of “Jersey Shore” would be its last. She’s currently filming Season 2 of “Snooki & JWoww.”Jacked from Page Six
