Harlem rapper Azealia Banks vows to boycott Dolce and Gabbana for designing a racially insensitive fashion line.
Before all the dramz between Hedi and Cathy erupted in Paris, one of spring 2013 fashion week's controversies came from those racially insensitive earrings Dolce & Gabbana presented in Milan. The news brewed for a little, but nothing much boiled over. Rapper and rising fashion plate Azealia Banks just heard about the designers' Blackamoor inspirations, however, and she's not impressed. With a little Twitter rant over the weekend, she promised to boycott the line, as "whoever designed that racist ass collection deserves a swift kick in the mouth." She also spelled "Gabanna" wrong repeatedly (on purpose?), just to show how serious she is.Jacked from The Cut

Personally I am not offended by those earrings.
This chick is getting a little above herself.
The shit is ugly who the hell is it suppose to appeal to anyway. This is a very racially divided world and people are also throwning out job on the slide. As for Azeilla Banks she is not role model either I don't think that I can get into her music but nothing sounds as stupid as Nicky Manji sometimes.
Thank you, Azeilla. We buy anything from anyone and I'm glad someone is saying "f**k that." I really like D&G's "Light Blue" cologne, but I'll never buy another bottle and I'm throwing away the one I own.
i actually agree 100% with her. and you 2 dummies that posted first, who cares that they're big name designers?! she doesn't HAVE to wear their clothes. You people are the same ones that will (and try to convince other black people) to do and say whatever the white man tells you to. smh.
