Chris Brown Caught Texting and Driving

Chris Brown is not only risky in his romantic life, he's risky with his real life, too.

Sometimes we don’t have to find celebs – they find us! Chris Brown drove up next to one of INF’s photogs in West Hollywood (right near Rihanna’s place). Naturally he was texting while driving – and thus too busy to notice our photographer.

To top it of, Chris was blaring Rihanna’s song “Birthday Cake” (featuring himself, naturally).

We also noticed that Brown’s new lion tattoo on the front of his neck is still scabbing. And we won’t even talk about the “Sugar Skull” tat next to it, that looks like bruised and beaten Rihanna.
