Oops! Kim almost took a tumble in front of the world at MTV’s Europe Music Awards — watch the video below! That was a close one! Kim Kardashian almost had a super embarrassing moment at the EMAs, catching her sky-high heels in her dress train — luckily she caught herself! She tweeted before the show, “I’m wearing the coolest Stephane Rolland dress for tonight’s MTV Awards! Hope you guys like it!” Kim presented Carly Rae Jepsen with the Best Song Award. During the show, she Instragramed pics with Taylor Swift and brother Rob’s rumored girlfriend Rita Ora.
