Ashton Kutcher gave estranged wife Demi Moore a Christmas present she will never forget. Divorce papers.
Ashton Kutcher has filed for divorce from Demi Moore.
More than 12 months after the couple ended their six-year-marriage, theTwo and a Half Men star cited irreconcilable differences in the filing.
He is not seeking spousal support, nor is he asking that a Los Angeles court deny Moore, 50, any financial support.
Both Kutcher, 34, and Moore have moved on since their split in November of 2011.
Kutcher has been dating his That 70′s Show co-star Mila Kunis since late last spring.
The two made their relationship public with a very heated stroll through New York’s Central Park last September. The two were spotted making out and hugging while walking through Manhattan.
Despite having a rough year, which included a trip to a treatment center in January for an undisclosed medical issue, Moore has moved on since the split.
The 50-year old was seen dancing wildly next to partygoers at the Art.sy and Chanel BBQ at the Soho Beach House in Miami on Dec. 5.
She was also rumored to have been dating Vito Schnabel, an art dealer who is nearly half her age. He has since denied he is dating the actress.Jacked from Celebuzz

Demi is so pathetic but I guess it is to be expected. Instead of saving face and filing for divorce from Ashton, she waited and hung on to the hope that he would come back to her and try to make it work. He didn't. He moved on.
He doesn't want her or her money, he wants out.
She is blinded by her bitterness at not being the hot young beauty she once was. Her once marriage breaking pussy is not desired like it use to be. She is not carefree and independent. She is clingy, pathetic, angry and bitter. She will lash out and try to make him pay! Her new boy toy is denying he dates her.
When the cameras are on, she dances wildly and tries to act like she is having a great time. When the cameras are gone, I just bets she cries alone into her beer or whatever drink she has for the moment.
Sad and pathetic. Demi has become just like her sad pathetic alcoholic mother who has since passed. I hope Demi doesn't start posing naked for 2nd rate mens mags just to prove she still has "it" like her mother did one time.
Demi, seek help before you lose ALL dignity.
