The 40-year-old actress had to spend her ninth wedding anniversary without her Coldplay frontman hubby Chris Martin — do you think that’s sad?
Gwyneth Paltrow is a friend first and wife second to her husband Chris Martin. The actress tells InStyle that being married to Chris, 35, isn’t the easiest thing.
“Probably our artistic temperaments together,” she tells the magazine. “Artists are sensitive; there are ups and downs, mood-wise. Musicians need a certain gravitas and focus in order to write.”

I know that's right military wife! But of course you are a REAL woman married to a REAL man and have a purpose in life other than smiling for the cameras, making money, and pretending a make believe fantasy life is real.

Fish sticks needs to shut up! She grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth and her godfather is speilberg. This spoiled chick wouldn't know what trying hard really means if it bit her on her boney ass. She got into acting, b/c her dad was a big wig in hollywood & her mom is actress blythe danner. From what I understand chris martin doesn't even like his wife and they are complete opposites. They stay married for 1 reason....he does what he wants. That's why she's spending their anniversary alone. He looks goofy as hell btw.
