What with her reality shows, endorsement deals, fashion lines and clothing stores, it seems that Kim Kardashian never stops working.
And all that hard work seemed to have a taken its toll on the busy reality star as she flew into Miami on Sunday.

Cold sore are all related to the Herpes virus. We all have the trait some more then others When you are a kid and get chicken Pocks that is also a form of the virus. I am sure Kim contracted this from someone the question is does everyone just keep passing this along? I can name a slew of celebs that have diseases only difference is they have Dr's on the spot to give them meds to make their symptoms disappear.
