Roc Nation bosses tell Rihanna to take time out so Rita Ora can crack the US market.
Following her wild 777 tour, Rihanna has been told to ‘take time out’ from her music career and let Rita Ora outshine her, according to reports.
Now magazine cites sources who claim that Rihanna’s record company bosses have told her to slow down and take a break after being criticised for ignoring the fans and press who were invited to travel with her in her private jet across the globe during her seven day tour.
“Rihanna’s bosses have encouraged her to slow down and not rush to release an eighth album next year,” a source said. “Meanwhile Rita will be pushed up their agenda to crack America.”
Rita Ora, the 21-year-old British singer-songwriter whose debut album, Ora, and three consecutive singles rocketed to the top of the UK charts, is “clean-cut and scandal-free,” according to the source.“That’s the image they want to project to sell records,” the source added.Jacked from Entertainmentwise

@nba is fixed - probably because rita is a willing puppet who will do anything and anyone to become famous and roc nation knows this and will take advantage of that. also, rihanna pissed off jay-z by getting back with chris brown and he wants to try to "punish" her by trying to make rita more famous.
The only way Rita will crack the US is if Roc Nation spends major $$$$ on promotion and buying her albums and paying radio stations to play her songs non-stop to fool the public into believing that people actually care about her. This chick couldn't even sell in her own country(UK). Any "success" she has in the US market will be purely smoke and mirrors.
