Regardless of what Kanye West wants, Keeping up with the Kardashians producer Ryan Seacreast insists Kim Kardashian's pregnancy will be featured on their reality show.
Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy will be featured on her E! reality show, at least according to executive producer Ryan Seacrest.
“You will see her pregnancy on ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians,’” Seacrest said on Thursday’s “Tonight Show.”
He continued, “She’ll be, I think, about four and a half months into her pregnancy once we start shooting for next season.”
But after showing the rather, um, graphic birthof sister Kourtney’s daughter Penelope during last September’s season finale, where will the family draw the line this time around?

She & her sister want to breast feed each others babies. I wonder if thats ok with Kanye. he probably won't have a say in whether Kourtney will be molesting his child. SAD!!
Kim should just buy a breast pump & refrigerate the milk.
