Jay Z and Beyonce skipped the whole Hollywood scene and opted for a quiet dinner in New York on Oscar night.
Jay-z and Beyoncé missed the Oscars, and instead had dinner with Sarah Jessica Parker in New York on Sunday night. The music power couple joined the “Sex and the City” star and five others for a long meal at Freemans on the Lower East Side. “They completely blew off the Oscars,” said a source, adding, “They didn’t even have it on a TV screen. They were there until well after 1 a.m. with their friends, laughing and eating.” Bey’s sister Solange, however, was seen partying at Vanity Fair’s LA bash.Jacked from The NY Post

Wow. 1st, the pic IS of Bey, it was shown on her documentary. Adele and Bey are friends. People who hate this chick should hate the sites that go out of their way to post ANYTHING on the couple or the paps who hide in the bushes or use a 10,000 zoom lens to steal a picture.

Of course they did not attend, the focus was not on them. Bey was not ask to sing, speak etc., & they did not need old as Jay for nothing so of course they did not want to go to the Oscars, and clearly they were not, and I repeat they were not missed.

Bey ain't slaying in the ticket sales. Scalpers are slaying, but the scalpers are so greedy in their jacked up asking prices, the stans cannot afford to buy those tickets so Bey's venues will be nearly empty except for the few who will bypass paying rent, get behind in their car payment for tickets. Let's not forget the dummies using student loans to pay for tickets but that won't fill the venues. Bey's PR OVERHYPE MACHINE will have to make sure plenty of tickets are given to radio stations and passed out on street corners to try to fill up her venues and even then she'll tell everybody to come closer to to the front to make it look like the crowd is dense not sparse. Bey and JayZ owe their masters millions and they work their asses off to pay them. Jayonce are spotlight lovers but they work because they HAVE to, not because they WANT to.

I don't buy tickets to foolishness. Besides if you've seen 1 Bey concert you've seen them all. Same with all her documentaries. Leotard, wind, hair, Sasha Fierce dancing and facial ticks, lip synching, ''Let's go!''
But good for you since you want to spend your money that way, have fun. Your queen is fading....notice all the empty seats.

Why is this news? Bey wasn't asked to do anything for the oscars, that's why she was not there. Of course she would not watch or engage in anything she cannot be a part of or dominate. However, Kelly was there.
