As her pregnancy weight balloons out of control Kim Kardashian is terrified that Kanye West will cheat on her.
Five-months-pregnant KIM KARDASHIAN has packed on 65 pounds, and sources say her romance with baby daddy KANYE WEST is over!
Pals of the 5-foot-3 reality star say Kim's enormous weight gain has played a major role in her perception of Kanye's lack of interest, and now Kim is falling apart after learning about his flirtatious behavior in Paris.
"Kim and Kanye's relationship used to be all about soft music, candlelight dinners and romantic nights together. But now that Kim has put on such a large amount of weight, Kanye seems to be busier with his music schedule than ever — and Kim doesn't think it's a coincidence," revealed an insider.
"Their romantic relationship has become more like a friendship, and Kim thinks he sees her more as a buddy than a lover.
"Kim's no dummy, I think she knows that if she's not giving him what he wants, he'll get it elsewhere."
Kim's fears exploded March 5 when Kanye — in Paris to record a new album — partied with models and Hollywood beauties AMANDA SEYFRIED, JESSICA CHASTAIN and JESSICA ALBA.
The very next day, Kim rushed in tears to her doctor, fearing a miscarriage. Physicians warned the beauty to cut back on her intense travel schedule and workload and ease up her excessive exercise routines.
Kim's stress contributed to her recent headline-making miscarriage scare, friends now believe.
"Kim is completely down on herself over the massive amount of weight she's put on in such a short time," revealed the insider. "And the more she worries, the more she eats.

@9:38 am, you are so right. She should not have let anyone hear her say anything about cheating and she is still married. Seems like once you are separated now-a-days, you are free. Well, until the papers are signed, you are still married. I don't care for the relaxed attitudes regarding marriage, children and relationships this family broadcasts for the world to see. Someone call CPS to remove the younger sisters from the home before they get corrupted too!
