KIM Kardashian’s ex Kris Humphries is out for revenge in his fight to get their “sham” wedding quashed, his family warn. Their 72-day marriage will be blown apart when the Hollywood divorce trial kicks off in May with claims that Kris was DUPED by the reality star.

Relatives of basketball ace Kris, 28, say he is determined to get an annulment — rather than just a divorce — because the wedding was a cynical ploy to boost ratings of Kim’s reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Since Kim, 32, dumped the Brooklyn Nets star in October 2011 his family have kept a dignified silence.

But his aunt Dedria said yesterday: “It was a sham. My understanding of marriage is people are going to give it more than 72 days unless there’s serious abuse.”

Dedria, 55, added at her home in Lansing, Michigan: “If I felt somebody had duped me and used me in front of the whole world, I would be very angry.”

If the marriage is annulled, Kris could argue that the pre-nuptial agreement was not legitimate — and he would be freed from the confidentiality clause which prevents him from publicly shaming his ex.

Dedria declared: “An annulment says it wasn’t valid in the first place. She should admit that it was a sham at the very least.”

Her husband, Kris’s uncle Mike, 60, revealed that Kris’ hard line in the divorce battle is because he wants REVENGE. He said: “I can just see him wanting a pound of flesh back. I believe he wants payback.”

Dedria and Mike were among 36 Humphries relatives who spent a fortune traveling across the US to attend the lavish wedding in Santa Barbara, California, which was followed by a honeymoon in Italy.

However, the couple — who do not own a television and barely knew who Kim was when Kris announced he was to marry her — had reservations from day one.

Dedria said: “I had no idea who this woman was at first — I had to ask my hairdresser. She is impeccably groomed but it is a facade.”

Mike blasted Kim’s mum Kris Jenner as the “wicked mastermind” of the Kardashian clan, saying their nephew would “love for her to get thumped”.

He added: “He wants to thump that mum — she uses people. I would dearly love for her to get thumped.

“She’s the mastermind. You can just see that’s the brains making that thing go. The wicked part is she’s using her family to make that thing. All of it’s really due to her.”

And they are hitting back at the “trashy” Kardashian show with their own reality TV programme called Keeping Up With The Humphries — about their hard-working relatives in struggling city Detroit.

Dedria and Mike warned Kim’s current boyfriend, musician and film director Kanye West, 35, to ditch her when he has a chance.

Kim is now five months pregnant with Kanye’s baby but Mike said: “He’s a chump getting mixed up with her.”
