Tiger Woods ex-wife Elin Nordegren and her billionaire boyfriend Chris Cline have gone on a real estate shopping spree snapping up side by side parcels of beachfront properties in North Palm Beach.
Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods‘ ex-wife, and her billionaire boyfriend Chris Cline have been quietly gobbling up beachfront land in North Palm Beach, Gossip Extra has learned.
Their holdings now include seven adjacent properties for a total 10 acres and dwarf Woods’ 8.7-acre compound in nearby Jupiter Island.
Combined, Nordegren and Cline have spent $60 million for the properties at the fancy Seminole Landing community, compared to Woods’ $46 million!
The latest: Records show a Delaware company named 12395 Banyan Road LLC spent $4.25 million cash in April to purchase a newly renovated five-bedroom house in the back of the $20 million place that Nordegren is having built on the beach.
While neither Nordegren’s name nor the name of her lawyer, Dennis Belcher, appear on the deed, a source tells Gossip Extra that Nordegren was the buyer.Jacked from Gossip Extra
