Rob Kardashian Charged with Battery and Theft

Rob Kardashian has been charged with battery and theft after attacking a female photog for snapping a picture of him without a shirt on.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been charged with one count of simple battery and one count of petty theft, both misdemeanors, stemming from his run-in with a paparazzo outside a Beverly Hills gym in March, the L.A. County District Attorney's Office confirmed to E! News.

Kassandra Perez, who filed a civil suit against Kardashian last month, claims that he struck her when she tried to snap pictures of him in a public parking lot and made off with the memory card from her camera.

No arraignment date has been set yet.

A rep for Kardashian had no comment.
