Paula Deen Race Discrimination Case Dismissed

A judge has dismissed the racial discrimination lawsuit filed against Paula Deen by a former employee because the complainant is white.
Lisa Jackson, the woman suing maligned Southern cook Paula Deen for racial discrimination and sexual harassment, has no standing as a victim of race, according to the federal judge overseeing her suit.
Jackson is white and was not directly discriminated or professionally harmed by her relations with black employees. Therefore, the former employee can't claim to be a victim of racial discrimination targeting African American workers, U.S. District Judge William T. Moore Jr. wrote in his ruling.
Moore threw out Jackson’s discrimination complaint Monday but kept intact her sexual harassment claim. "At best, plaintiff is an accidental victim of the alleged racial discrimination," Moore wrote. "Her difficulties do not fall within the zone of interests sought to be protected by Title VII."

The bullshit wasnt about "race" in the first place. Lisa was suing because Paula Deenbat's pervy brother was harrassing her and letting him get away with it.

But leave it to the race-baiting media and the niggas who are professional victims to OVERWHELMINGLY ignore that detail.

@9:52pm excuse me???!!! in general black people believe ALL white people are fake and show their true colors behind closed doors just as PD did, Riley Cooper, and you. Tired of racism being dismissed as victimhood, tell that to unarmed DEAD Trayvon Martin's family, the guy who was beaten inTexas by white teens and killed, the guy that was dragged behind a truck, etc, etc

Thank you. Some people are misguided in their thoughts about others they believe are misguided.
