Scott Storch Robbed at Gunpoint

Armed robbers take thousands of dollars of cash and jewelry from music producer Scott Storch.

Armed thugs stole thousands of dollars in cash and bling from a famed hip-hop producer and his crew during a Midtown robbery yesterday, according to police.
Bad-boy music maestro Scott Storch, 39, and two other men had just jumped into an SUV in front of 326 W. 46th St. at 6:50 a.m. when they were confronted by two men with guns, law-enforcement sources said.
One of the thieves grabbed a $50,000 Rolex, a $50,000 necklace and car keys from Storch, who was sitting in the driver’s seat, law-enforcement sources told The Post.
A second assailant opened up a back door and grabbed a Louis Vuitton briefcase with $4,500 inside from one of Storch’s associates, officials said.
Storch — who has worked with Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Snoop, BeyoncĂ©, Christina Aguilera, Pink and Jessica Simpson — and his travel buddies were not injured.
The gunmen jumped into another SUV and fled east on 46th Street, law-enforcement sources said. Storch has had his own problems with the law.
He was arrested in Las Vegas on Feb. 4, 2012, for alleged possession of cocaine, according to Clark County prosecutors. Plea-bargain talks went nowhere for a year and Storch’s Nevada lawyers lost touch with him.
A Las Vegas judge issued an arrest warrant for Storch on Feb. 26 this year, and he’s been a fugitive from Sin City justice ever since.
Storch, who is in town for the MTV Video Music Awards, took to Twitter after the incident. “Nothing can stop music, thanks to all the fans and support,” the Long Island native tweeted.
The gunmen were described as black men between 25 and 35, law-enforcement sources said. One of them is about 6-foot-4, weighing between 250 and 280 pounds, with dreads and a beard. His partner wore dark jeans and a grey shirt.

In his prime, he was the best producer in music. He once owned a mansion in Miami and a yacht. Drugs ruined his career and his life. Guys, learn from Scott Storch and don't do drugs!
