Lindsey Lohan's half sister Ashley Horn got cosmetic surgery to look more like her famous half sibling.
This is a little, err, strange.
It’s one thing admiring a family member, but it’s another thing entirely to want to look exactly like them.
But don’t tell that to Ashley Horn, Lindsay Lohan’s half-sister, who has spent an eye-popping $25,000 on cosmetic procedures to look like her famous half-sibling.
Ashley, who is estranged from Lindsay, is revealing her “new look” in the new issue of In Touch.
“I’ve gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks,” she reveals of her five procedures by Houston-based surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose.
Ashley, 18, whose mom, Kristi, had a brief affair with Lindsay’s dad, Michael, in the early ’90s when he was married to now ex-wife Dina, adds, “My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old.”
And now? “I’m hotter than Lindsay!,” she explains. “I have no problem saying that.”
But though she may look more like her famous sister, Ashley insists to In Touch, she’s nothing like Lindsay. “I’m not Lindsay. I wasn’t raised in that family,” she explains, adding that she doesn’t have a relationship with the Lohans — and doesn’t want one. “I don’t drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person.”

If she wants to look more like Lindsay, all she has to do is go on a diet of alcohol, prescription drugs, cocaine, and ecstasy, then get facial fillers and her lips pumped with collagen. Voila! Within a few months, she'll look as old, haggard, and worn-out as Lindsay!

She is delusional if she thinks that she is prettier than Lindsay. Even coked out Lindsay still makes this attention starved chick look average/below average.
