Kris and Bruce Jenner Don't Have a Pre-Nup

Sources close to Kris and Bruce Jenner claim the couple never signed a per-nuptial agreement.
Bruce and Kris Jenner could be headed for a divorce of Olympic proportions. The now-separated spouses have a combined fortune topping $125 million and never signed a prenup, RadarOnline reported. Bruce, 63, was the one with the fame and fortune at the time of their 1991 marriage, having parlayed his Decathlon gold medal from the 1976 Montreal Olympics into his famous Wheaties endorsement and other lucrative deals.
He’s since taken a back seat to Kris, 57, the powerful “momager” at the helm the multimillion-dollar “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” entertainment empire. One legal expert said Bruce could turn the tables on his wife in a messy divorce.
“My understanding is that he’s subjugated himself and his career – his motivational speaking, training and aviation business – to be the stay at home dad for the two children they had together,” New York divorce lawyer Steven J. Eisman told the Daily News. “If he takes the position that he stopped pursuing his career because they had an agreement he was going to watch these kids, that would give him a good claim for alimony and the need to support the lifestyle they enjoyed together,” Eisman, who runs the family law practice at Abrams Fensterman in Lake Success, said.
Bruce and Kris have two teen daughters together: Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 16.
