Justin Bieber has reportedly rejected the plea deal prosecutors set forth in his Miami Beach DUI case.
On Saturday, TMZ reported that prosecutors will drop the DUI and resisting arrest charges if Bieber complies with all the terms in the plea deal.
These terms included: completing 40 hours of community service, pleading no contest to reckless driving, attending an alcohol education course and a “victim impact panel” and installing an “ignition interlock device” for three months.
He also must submit to random drug testing that will last between six and nine months—and pass this test as well. However, the Biebs, who turns 20 on March 1, has rejected the plea deal.
Sources close to the gossip site say that the singer has a problem with some of the terms, specifically the drug testing, the probation involved if he fails and the alcohol course where he would become a “spectacle”.
Just last month, CNN reported that Justin and his father, Jeremy, refused to stop smoking pot during a flight from Canada—and because of there being so much marijuana smoke, the crew members had to wear oxygen masks.
Earlier this week, Bieber shared with fans on Twitter his daily focuses: “Dance rehearsal. Guitar practice. Workouts. Voice strengthening. Studio writing sessions. Always working to get better.”Jacked from Intouch Weekly
