Philip Seymour Hoffman Death Caused by Lethal Drug Cocktail

The autopsy for actor Philip Seymour Hoffman lists the cause of death as acute mixed drug intoxication caused by heroin and cocaine.

He was found dead at just 46 on February 2 surrounded by 70 bags of heroin and 20 used syringes.
But it wasn’t just heroin that killed Philip Seymour Hoffman. In fact, the Oscar-winner died of an acute mixed drug intoxication of heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines and amphetamine, the New York medical examiner’s office announced Friday.
Spokeswoman Julie Bolcer says Hoffman’s death was ruled an accident.
Among the other drugs found in his system include benzodiazepine, a drug that can be used to treat anxiety disorders, and Adderall.
The first autopsy conducted on his body was ruled inconclusive earlier this month.
He had been sober for more than 20 years before falling off the wagon and checking into rehab for heroin in May. Hoffman is survived by girlfriend Mimi O’Donnell and their three children.

Sorry if I piss off any PSH fans, but with all them drugs surrounding his ass and IN his ass....he meant to off himself. But of course they're not going to come out and say that. I feel bad for his little boy and after what happened to his father....I hope he lives his life much better.
