The Backstreet Boys Suing Lou Pearlman

90s boy band The Backstreet Boys are suing their former manager Lou Perlman for millions.
The Backstreet Boys are suing their former manager Lou Pearlman for $35million, it has been claimed.
According to Radar Online, the BSB boys are going to trial after filing court documents asking a judge to force the impresario to pay them back what he owes.
Pearlman was jailed in 2008 after he was found to have carried out a long-running Ponzi scheme, racking up more than $300million in debts.
He pleaded guilty to money laundering and other offences and was jailed for 25 years.
The band, including A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell, are due in court on March 24 over the claims they made as part of Pearlman's ongoing bankruptcy case, Radar Online reports.
They reportedly say Pearlman owes them $3,451,456.04, and that their original contract stipulates he has to pay it. According to the site, they're also asking for $87,728.58 in legal fees.
Expensive stuff.
But despite them wanting it that way, a trustee of Pearlman's bankruptcy has reportedly argued the claims and insisted they are already being reconciled, so the boys must wait.
In another nasty twist, the trustee has claimed BSB didn't provide the court with enough backup information, Radar online reports.
