Dina Lohan pleads guilty to driving while intoxicated in New York.
Actress Lindsay Lohan‘s mother has pleaded guilty in New York to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.
Newsday says Dina Lohan also pleaded guilty to speeding during her court appearance Tuesday on Long Island.
The Nassau County prosecutor says Lohan is expected to be sentenced June 3 to a conditional discharge and 100 hours of community service. She also will pay a fine.
Police said she was driving 77 mph in a 55-mph zone when she was arrested on Sept. 12 in the Town of Oyster Bay. They said her blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.Jacked from Page Six
