Sam Lutfi Ordered to Pay Britney Spears Conservatorship

Britney Spears former manager Sam Lufti ordered to pay Spears' conservatorship more than $120k.
The man who sensationally told a courtroom that Britney Spears used crystal meth and tried desperately to hide her alleged habit during her infamous head-shaving public breakdown in 2008 has been ordered to pay the pop star’s conservatorship more than $120,000 in legal fees, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Sam Lutfi, who was mother-of-two Spears’ former confidante and self-professed manager, lost his court case for libel and breach-of-contract in 2012 against the singer’s parents and her caretakers.
But, in a desperate bid to stay afloat, he had appealed the court’s decision on awarding fees.
The controversial Lufti argued they were excessive and he didn’t have the financial means to pay Team Spears legal bills.
Lutfi had sued Lynne Spears for libel and the singer’s father, Jamie, for allegedly hitting him at the singer’s mansion in an incident shortly before Jamie Spears and others were granted control over the singer’s life.
Radar broke the story: Team Spears was awarded the $121,000 settlement when they filed and successfully obtained a restraining order against Lutfi.
But the Court of Appeals Of The State Of California, in a ruling issued on April 9, affirmed the original judge’s decision and handed down a double whammy! The court said Team Spears could also now recover fees associated with the appeal!
Spears, 32, has remained under a conservatorship since a very public breakdown in 2007.
