Bryan Singer Accuser Contradicts Himself

The former child star who accused director Bryan Singer of sexual abuse of a minor has contradicted himself in court depositions from the case.

The plot thickens in the Bryan Singer vs. Michael Egan lawsuit.
In a lawsuit filed last month, Egan alleged that the X-Men: Days of Future Past director sexually abused him during multiple incidents in Encino, Calif., and at the Paul Mitchell Estate in Kailua, Hawaii in 1999. The federal lawsuit claimed Singer supplied a then-underage Egan with alcohol, forced him to "inhale" cocaine and raped him.
However, a deposition just uncovered by Buzzfeed suggests that Egan previously directly contradicted a major part of his current lawsuit against the filmmaker.
In a portion of a deposition taken in 2003 after the rapes allegedly happened, Egan swore under oath that he had never been to Hawaii -- or outside of the continental United States -- with Singer. That deposition was given in Los Angeles County during settlement proceedings for an earlier round of lawsuits that were not directed against Singer.
"Never had any trips outside the continental U.S., no," said Egan in the 84-page deposition, who then responded to a question specifically clarifying that he had never traveled to Hawaii.
“I’m not sure how he interpreted the continental United States,” Egan’s lawyer,Jeff Herman, said of the portion of the deposition. “I’m not sure what he’s talking about specifically here.”
According to Buzzfeed, the new revelations are crucial to the Singer vs. Egan lawsuit. Egan was able to file suit in Hawaii under a law there that extended the statute of limitations for older cases, making it possible for Egan's complaint to be filed just days before his deadline.
Egan is reportedly suing Singer for "in excess in $75,000."
Previously, Singer denied the claims made in the lawsuit. The director released an official statement, reading, "The allegations against me are outrageous, vicious and completely false ... I promise when this situation is over, the facts will show this to be the sick twisted shake down it is. I want to thank fans, friends and family for all their amazing and overwhelming support."

Yes. It's all a dirty lie. Bryan Singer is perfectly innocent and probably has never taken a trip to Thailand or the Dominican Republic to fondle underage boys.
