Candy Spelling confirms daughter Tori is lying about financial ruin.
Tori Spelling is never one to shy away from airing her personal woes on TV — and neither is her mother, Candy!
The 68-year-old, who’s currently promoting her new tell-all Candy At Last, stopped by The Talk Monday to clear up rumors about her daughter and son-in-law Dean McDermott’s financial situation.
In her 2013 book, Spelling Like It Is, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum allegedly wrote they were in “financial ruin.” “No. It’s not true,” Candy firmly denied on the show, adding, “She is very successful.” She then went on to list Tori’s best-selling books, fashion lines and reality shows.
The actress blamed her extravagant upbringing for leaving her with few life skills. (Oh, the #FirstWorldProblems of being late TV mogul Aaron Spelling's daughter.)Jacked from In Touch
