Kourtney Kardashain rudely stiffs her waiter after a free lunch in the Hamptons.
The Kardashians are continuing to infuriate Hamptonites.
Kourtney — who already has a rent-free space for her Dash store plus a mansion paid for by E! — angered staff at The Driver’s Seat in Southampton Friday after failing to leave a tip on her free lunch. “Local servers are hard-working people who support their families and live on tips,” sniffed a witness.
Later, Kardashian was spotted having dinner at Southampton Social Club, where “other diners around them were asked to sign releases, which did not go over well.”
Kardashian’s rep insists poor Kourtney was never expected to pay. “The meal was comped and production left a generous tip. As for the dinner . . . no one had a problem signing the release forms.”Jacked from Page Six

that is not stiffing the waiter, look at the sorry ass waiter couldn't wait to say something when their service probably sucked big time, I only tip when I feel the service was their best, tis big mouth person doesn't deserve shit in life that's why they are a waiter, they think we owe them our had earn money. No tip cups on a real job.
Hamptons has turned into an instant dump
It was a FREE lunch, though...she didn't pay anything, so why should she be expected to leave a tip? That "witness" sounds like the kind of server who expects/demands at least a 25% tip for just taking your order and bringing your food to the table, and then being MIA until it's time to drop off the check.

You should always tip whether things are free or not!! If you not going to tip then you should not eat out or obtain services that require someone to serve you, just stay home and serve your own damn self !!!!
@6:22 pm - I refuse to tip for shitty or mediocre service. Doing the bare minimum--taking my order and bringing out my food and the check--does not warrant the 25% tip that some servers feel they're entitled to just for doing the shit they're *supposed* to do.
And considering the apparent lack of training management gives to some of these folks working in the restaurant biz, I would GLADLY serve my own damn self if they'd let me in the kitchen, rather than wait for someone who's too busy checking his/her cell phone to check on me to see how my meal is, or if I need anything.
