Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Biopic Coming to Lifetime

The Lifetime Network announces plans for a warts and all expose of 90s comedy Saved by the Bell.

So excited and you just can't hide it? From the late '80s to the early '90s, Saved By the Bell entertained kids and teens across the world, but now it's time to tell the "true story" behind the ever-positive smash hit.
According to Buzzfeed, Lifetime has greenly and cast a new television movie, The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story, which is loosely based off of Dustin Diamond's 2009 tell-all book Behind the Bell.
In his book, the actor who played the spastic nerd Samuel "Screech" Powers claimed everyone in the cast (except him) was sleeping together and most were doing drugs.
The film's creators conducted interviews separate from Diamond's book and now plan to air the real story behind the cast of one of TV's biggest sitcoms.
