Tallulah Willis in Rehab

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter Tallulah checks into rehab for substance abuse.

Tallulah Willis allegedly has entered a rehab facility for alcohol and cocaine abuse.
According to Star magazine, the 20-year-old checked herself into celebrity treatment center The Meadows in Arizona in late July.
Now, her mother Demi Moore, who entered rehab for substance abuse in 2012, reportedly fears her daughter is following in her footsteps.
Tallulah's rep declined MailOnline's request for comment 'at this stage'.
'Demi feels so much guilt about Tallulah spiraling out of control like she did,' a source told the publication.
'It’s like she’s living past experiences all over again. But she’s trying to be strong for her daughter,' added the insider.
Tallulah was arrested when she was 17 for underage drinking and allegedly has developed a reputation as a party girl in Hollywood.
'Tallulah doesn’t know right from wrong, because she was raised without boundaries,' another source said. 'She looks for trouble to get attention.'
And according to Star, Tallulah's sister Scout walked in on her snorting cocaine at The Roosevelt Hotel, and told their father Bruce Willis.
The movie star allegedly threatened to cut Tallulah off financially if she didn't change her ways, but her cocaine habit reportedly only worsened, especially after she moved from Los Angeles to New York City in June.
Tallulah apparently opened up about her alleged addiction to her famous mother, 51, who encouraged her to seek help.
'Demi had been shocked when Tallulah confessed to her,' the source said, 'but she knew enough not to judge. She knew her daughter needed her, and she was glad she could be there to help.'
