Anna Wintour Serves EPIC Shade to KimYe Vogue Cover

Ice cold Anna Wintour describes Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's controversial Vogue cover as a deliberately 'tasteless' choice.

How Anna Wintour REALLY feels about Kim and Kanye: Vogue editor suggests it was 'tasteless' to put the stars on her magazine's cover.
Anna Wintour has defended her decision to put Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on the April cover of Vogue, but now it appears she is suggesting that the choice was 'tasteless'.
The magazine editor said at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York on Monday: 'I think if we just remain deeply tasteful and just put deeply tasteful people on the cover, it would be a rather boring magazine!'
She added that even from the very beginning, Vogue was never about pleasing everyone. 'The first celebrity that I put on the cover of Vogue was Madonna, and that was considered completely controversial at the time, too,' she explained.
'It's such a long time ago probably no one remembers, but she was a very controversial figure. Now she's part of the establishment.'
Ms Wintour, 65, went on to say that if Vogue didn't reflect modern culture - even the more provocative figures within it - 'nobody would talk about us. It's very important that people do talk about us.'

Anna, really? You want to back paddle now? Everyone and their mother told you not to put that thot on the cover. You knew that she is a professional ho, well there you go.

Kim and Kanye ain't shit for sure, but Anna is correct that the status quo must continually be challenged. Where Lupita is classy and tasteful for a cover now, we are not that far removed from a time when that would have been an outrage.

She should have got the boot for that. Time to go, Anna
