Rita Ora Suffers Humiliating Twitter Fail

Rita Ora humiliated after a PR stunt to promote her new single falls flat.
Ouch - we're really feeling for Rita Ora right now. The popstar was seen trying to rally her fans on Twitter into showing support for her upcoming single... but failed by a long way.
In a tweet that has since been deleted (but was, naturally, screengrabbed), Ora seemingly promised to debut her new single on Monday (November 3) if her fans could get the retweet tally up to 100,000. Safe to say, that didn't happen. When the counter failed to even make it to 2,000, the post was removed... but Twitter never forgets.
However, in a possible sign of good humour, she did retweet one message - wondering why her 3.9 million followers had not responded as intended.
Rita's tweets typically garner around 200 Retweets, so perhaps setting a 100,000 barrier was never going to prove fruitful.

Girl the truth is in the tweet lol no one is checking for you sweetheart. Go ahead and save your self the embarrassment of releasing a flop single and hang it up now while you still have the chance.

Rita Ora, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, J-Lo, these chicks can't sing for shit! This is what music has become? Today's music is just a bunch of hoes who are doing what Milli Vanilli did twenty years ago! It's all MK-Ultra mind control garbage!

I agree with you.

Yep, no one has ever checked for Rita and she knows it. Explains why she does what she does - the only way to get noticed temporarily, at least!

Isn't she a label puppet with no control over when her shit gets released? And at this point, she might as well forget a singing career, and do her little endorsements, and hit the international sponsor circuit, like her fellow wannabe and never-were singers/actresses/models/whatever. The Carters clearly bet on the wrong pony, seeing how Rita was supposed to "replace" Rihanna, but you don't need to be a psychic to know that will never happen.
