Donald Trump holds off on another cycle of Celebrity Apprentice to make a run for the Presidency?
Local favorite, real estate mogul and billionaire Donald Trump says the country is in trouble and instead of grooming celebrity apprentices, he’s seriously considering a presidential bid.
Again.
How seriously? Even more seriously than last time. And much more seriously than the time before that!
“I am more serious about this than I’ve ever been before,” the Donald said in an interview with The Washington Post. And he just may be. The king of Palm Beach hired big-name political staffers in key primary states.
Even more telling: He’s delayed signing up for another season of NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice, which he didn’t do in 2011, when he was offered as much as $60 million to re-sign with the show.
Trump says his possible presidential bid is no joke.
“Everybody feels I’m doing this just to have fun or because it’s good for the brand,” he told The Washington Post. “Well, it’s not fun. I’m not doing this for enjoyment. I’m doing this because the country is in serious trouble.”Jacked from Gossip Extra
