Beyonce and Jay Z are moving to LA thanks to Gwyneth Paltrow.
Though Jay Z once declared that he’ll “be hood forever,” the “Empire State of Mind” rapper, 45, and his pop diva wife Beyonce are packing their bags and moving with daughter Blue Ivy, 3, to the palm tree-lined streets of Los Angeles.
According to a source, the move was heavily influenced by the A-list couple’s longtime pal Gwyneth Paltrow.
“Beyonce and Jay Z are making L.A. their permanent home based a lot on the advice of their friends,” the source tells Us Weekly. “The friend that really influenced them to move was Gwyneth Paltrow. Gwyneth was telling Jay and Bey about the quality of life for her kids in L.A. and really swayed Beyonce and Jay to make the move. It’s all for Blue Ivy.”
A source tells Us that while Bey and Jay considered sending Blue to the same school as Paltrow’s children Apple, 10, and Moses, 8, they landed on a West Hollywood school. TMZ reports that Blue has already been enrolled in a private school that has a tuition of $15,080 per year.
Back in January, the couple were spotted in upper Bel-Air — where Jennifer Aniston lives — checking out properties with views.
A different source tells Us that the music moguls won’t be selling their NYC property, but that Los Angeles will become their home base.Jacked from US Magazine

Why don't you ever see Gwynnie with the Carters? Friends like that are presumptuous - wait, Gwynnie will not invite Beyoncé into her circle nor acknowledge her presence.
