New Victim Levels Accusations Against Stephen Collins

Another woman has come forward claiming 7th Heaven actor Stephen Collins exposed himself to her when she was 13.

An Oklahoma woman has come forward with accusations that actor Stephen Collins exposed his naked body to her when she was 13.
April Price told the Daily Mail Online that Collins exposed himself to her while she was staying at her aunt's Los Angeles apartment during the summer of 1983. Her aunt, who worked in the industry, lived "kitty corner to Mr. Collins," who was then 35 years old.
"I got extremely excited because he was the star of the show Tales of the Gold Monkey. That was a show I didn't miss," Price told the website.
Price, who is now 44 and married with children, said that Collins exposed himself to her three times – first when he walked nude in front of her aunt's window, another time while he attempted to fix Price's game console and a third time when Price went into Collins's apartment to look at Hollywood memorabilia. After Price's aunt saw her niece dash out of Collins's apartment, the actor steered clear of the young teen for the rest of the summer.
In December, Collins released a lengthy statement to PEOPLE in which he admitted to having inappropriate sexual conduct with three underage girls between 1973 to 1994. Collins goes on to acknowledge how he has "agonized" over whether to make a direct apology to the women he violated.
"I did have an opportunity to do so with one of the women, 15 years later. I apologized and she was extraordinarily gracious," said Collins.
In the Daily Mail story, Price claimed that woman was actually her. Sometime between 1996 and 1998, Price was working for a craft services company on a commercial shoot when Collins appeared out of the blue.
"He came up to the other side of the crafts service table. He was very intense. He said, 'I want you to understand what I did. I know it was extremely wrong. I really apologize for it, if I ever made you uncomfortable,' " recalled Price. "I don't remember how I responded. I just was saying to myself, 'Keep professional. I want to work in this business.' "
After Collins's interview with Yahoo Global News Anchor Katie Couric in January, Price said she contacted the New York and Los Angeles police departments to report the incidents from her childhood. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department also reached out to her.
"They sent two detectives to my home to talk to me," Price said. "They kept in very close contact with me, but they knew that the statute of limitations to prosecute was up. They knew this would preclude them from charging Stephen but they wanted to work all of their options."
In January, Collins and his wife Faye Grant reached a divorce settlement.
Calls for comment to Collins's rep as well as his attorney were not returned. When contacted Thursday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told PEOPLE they "don't have any information" on the case. The department hadpreviously confirmed to PEOPLE that they had opened an investigation.
