Jay-Z and Beyoncé were in fine spirits at the holiday party for the rapper's Rocawear label at Hudson Terrace the other night. We hear the staff's Christmas gift to him was a video spoof of his hit single, "Empire State of Mind" -- starring his assistants, secretaries, interns and designers. "The couple stood and cheered and took time to pose for pictures and sign autographs for everyone's kids," says a spy. "They were pretty great."
