Britney Spears Facing Child Abuse Probe

Britney Spears accused by former body guard of beating her children.

TROUBLED pop star BRITNEY SPEARS faces a probe into allegations that she abused her two young sons.

Social workers will quiz her over claims she beat one with a belt and gave both food they were allergic to - making them violently ill.

Investigators were approached by the singer's former bodyguard FERNANDO FLORES - who claims he was forced to quit his job due to Britney's erratic behaviour.

It is understood that the 28-year-old star strongly denies the claims and insists she has never mistreated four-year-old SEAN PRESTON and JAYDEN JAMES, three.

But Flores, 29, has told the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services he feels Britney is too unstable to be left in charge of her sons.

He fears her behaviour could scar for life the youngsters - who split their time between Toxic singer Britney's Beverly Hills mansion and dad KEVIN FEDERLINE's home.

A source said: "Britney doesn't mean to be a bad mum. But Flores feels she has so many issues she can't be trusted around her boys.

"He claims the first really shocking incident was when she came marching into the pool house at her mansion and demanded his belt.

"He handed it over but then followed her into the main house and claims he witnessed the alleged incident."

Flores also accused Britney of feeding the boys food they were allergic to, including shellfish.

The alleged incidents took place in late March or early April.

This month The Sun revealed how Flores claimed Britney constantly walked round naked and sexually harassed him.

Child protection agency workers tried to quiz her last week but she had left LA for a few days.

Britney temporarily lost custody of the boys two years ago after suffering a massive breakdown.

The shellfish incident is questionable...BUT...Beating OR spanking?! What the fuck is this world coming too? Kids are so damn bad now b/c there's no discipline. How the hell are you gonna talk philosophically to a child? How about in the old days when you were told to go get your own switch---these days the kid would be in psychotherapy and the parents would be doing 25-life. This shit is crazy! and the body guard sounds vindictive and looking to get paid.

This is a ploy to suck her back in. They will continue to make her life a living hell until she's agrees to be reprogrammed.

Um, if the kids are bad beat them. I know his spanish ass has gotten a beaten or two before. That's why kids these days don't have any fear...why they don't listen to their parents and why noone can speak to them. The parents are scared to go to jail, so they have to listen to the kids rather than the kids listening to them.

This country is a piece of shit. There is a difference between discipline and abuse.

I don't believe him. Why would anyone who witnessed a child being "abused" wait three or four months to report it. Either it didn't happen or you're just as guilty of the "abuse".

Spank that ass.................PERIOD!

Thats why kids are talking bad to their parents, hitting their parents, and are out of control, and its not because they are "being/have been spanked", its because they haven't, you have to set rules and boundries.

Lets say a 2-3 keeps touching something that you have told him/her not too, and they continue, now when you pop that behind they know you mean business.

white folks don't tell me that is abuse cause its not, thats why your kids are out of control, shooting up schools, and calling you bitches in public.
