Edith Vogelhut spent a night with Roman Polanski in 1974 and claims she was brutally raped by the famed director at Jack Nicholson’s house.
“He said, ‘Turn over, get on your stomach,’ and I’m handcuffed within minutes,” Vogelhut told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive video interview.
Vogelhut, a former model also known as Shelli Paul and Glamor magazine editor, is the most recent woman to come forward and accuse Polanski, who remains free abroad. She has reported the alleged crime to Los Angeles District Attorney, who interviewed her in May.
In an exclusive interview, Vogelhut tells RadarOnline.com it started on a November night she spent with Polanski in Hollywood, explaining she met him at a star-studded dinner party hosted by The Godfather producer Robert Evans and attended by actor Warren Beatty.
After a night of dancing and booze, Vogelhut, who was 21-years-old at the time, says the two ended up at Jack Nicholson’s house for a night-cap.
“I kind of knew that we’re going to have sex, but I didn’t expect anything out of the ordinary…I did not expect to be sodomized,” she said.
Vogelhut says that after drinking some Brandy together Polanski gave her an MDMA -- Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, commonly known as Ecstasy -- and told her: “It’s a really good drug. It will make you feel good, it will mellow you out. It’s like a stimulator.” (Ectasy was not as widely available in the 1970s as now, but it was in circulation.)
When they eventually made it to the bedroom, she says Polanski handcuffed her and raped her.
“He grabs me by the hair, jerks my head up, snaps amyl nitrate under my nose [which when inhaled has a psychoactive effect] and enters me anally,” Vogelhut recalled of the horrifying night.
“I hurt. This was rape. I was anally raped repeatedly.”
As RadarOnline.com first revealed, Vogelhut reported the incident to the Los Angeles District Attorney.
“I kept quiet for many reasons,” Vogelhut explains.
“I was humiliated, I had absolutely no one to tell and with this group that I told you about at this dinner party that ran Hollywood, they weren’t going to believe me.”
In 1977, Polanski was arrested and charged with rape by use of drugs, perversion and sodomy against 13-year-old Samantha Geimer, who also claimed the assault happened at Nicholson’s Hollywood home.
In an attempt to avoid jail time, Polanski fled the United States to his native country of France where he was protected from extradition.
After being taken into custody by Swiss authorities in 2009, the 77-year-old remains there because the Swiss freed him on July 12 instead of extraditing him to Los Angeles for sentencing in the Geimer case.
In May, 2010 British actress Charlotte Lewis came forward as well claiming Polanski assaulted her in his Paris apartment when she was just 16-years-old – a move Vogelhut says prompted her to finally come forward with her story.
She is also planning to release a tell-all book -- tentatively titled Audacity-- detailing her life in the world of modeling, magazines and her search for love. There is also one chapter dedicated to her alleged encounter with Polanski.

This scumbag has gone all these years, without even a slap on the wrist. He's lived a luxurious life and hailed a genius by hollywood & supported by the industy. He's always been a weird selfish little man. His wife [sharon tate] was murdered by the manson family and you'd think he would've humbled himself & lived a better life. Demon Dimond & Dom Sheldon aren't hounding Polanski because he isn't a rich, black-turned "white", powerful male celeb who hob-nobs with pretty white women & owns a ranch the size of a small country.
8:45, I kinda get what you are saying. I have always felt jealousy was a major reason why Dimond and Sneedon (sp)were hounding and hating the man so much. I have always wondered if Sneedon or whomever wanted his land thus all the drama to run him out of town. Jealousy, like Sneedon and Dimond, is an ugly thing.

Tom Sneddon was a bigot and the FBI tried to arrest Michael under the Mann Act (a racist law that was used to arrest Jack Johnson-the first black champion heavy-weight boxer) Michael attracted to many unstable losers in his life. The Chandlers were a sick & twisted family and the father was bi-polar. The Arvizos were con-artists and master manipulators and the mother was a welfare fraud.

Who in their right mind would "rent" ANY child out to ANYONE for a sleep over? Rent? 10:10, the FBI didn't even have anything on the man...AT ALL and they "watched" him for years. i'm not an expert on the children and the families involved in all the lawsuits and allegations BUT i say that the families did indeed "rent" their children out to this man. each family received money or gifts or extra privileges/attention either from MJ himself or as a result of being in his "circle." ps 11:14 i noticed that you didn't answer the question. would you allow your 10, 11, 12 year old son to sleep with MJ (or any grown man) in the same bed behind locked doors? OR would you allow one of your adult male family members to do this smae thing?

MJ's bedroom door was not locked and those supposed "alarms" he had to alert whether people were entering actually HELPED his defense. Stop spreading hearsay as fact. It isn't. You should blame those PARENTS for their actions.
like i said i'm not an expert. nobody knows what really went on between MJ and the children he kept in his bedroom (and lovingly slept with) and that includes you. i DO hold the parents responsible. i also believe there would be no such thing as a gossip blog (magazine, newspaper column etc.) if people didn't spread things they heard/read or heard others say. Let the record show that the FBI did indeed found absolutely nothing criminal against this man during 16 or 17 years of "observing Mr. Jackson's behavior". Let the truth finally be told about the settlement: MJ DID NOT PAY that sorry ass Evan Chandler. The insurance company covering MJ at the time (for an upcoming tour) abruptly stepped in and paid the scum because of MJs failing health. As to not have the tour deterred, they stepped in and just settle the matter in order to move on. This was against MJ and his attorney Tom Messareau's wishes and they both protested against the actions of the insurance company. What family would take money over justice. No amount of money MJ could have given me if my child had been touched inappropriately by him no matter how big a fan I am. However, these useless losers settled for money and nothing more was said about it. What does that tell you? Roman Polanski fled the country, Kellz victim failed to show up for court,....MJ found NOT GUILTY. The truth has been told several times. Most just choose to ignore it. By the way, I would not leave my child, nephews with anyone I did not know PERSONALLY. I would not leave them with you for that matter.
