Shawn Chapman Holley has had enough.
Another day and more drama for Lindsay Lohan.
Two days after Lindsay's tearful performance in court, the troubled actress is now without legal representation as it was just announced that her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has quit.
'They are in the process of hiring a new attorney,' said the Lohan family’s New York attorney Stephanie Ovadia.
She told RadarOnline.com: 'Shawn is no longer with us, but no new attorney has been hired as of now.'
Holley has represented Lindsay since the start of her legal problems back in 2007 and was a highly visible member of the O.J Simpson defense team.
Since her sentencing on Tuesday it has been revealed that Lindsay Lohan tested positive for opiates and amphetamines during her random court-ordered drug tests, but it was all legal.
According to her probation officers report, Lindsay, who turned 24 last week, was allowed to take various drugs because she has a prescription for them.
The five drugs on the report included Adderall, an amphetamine used to treat ADHD, Dilaudid, an opiate based pain killer similar to morphine, Trazadone, a narcotic sleep aid and Zoloft, an antidepressant.
She also take Nexium, a drug used to treat acid reflux and heartburn.
The probation report listed the dates and results of the random drug and alcohol tests Lindsay was submitted to, all of which were positive.
None of the positive results however, were found to create a probation violation.
The report reads: 'The defendant has reported for supervision as instructed, and her attitude has been positive.
'She has been co-operative with probation officers, as she has provided medical proof for her prescription drugs, and submitted to tests when required.'
'The defendant indicates she has been on the same prescription medication for as long as she can remember.
'She states she wants to move on with her life, and feels that she has done everything that the court has asked her to do.'
But rather than continue her life of non stop partying, the night after the hearing, Lohan skipped out on her own birthday party, choosing instead to stay at home.
The star had planned to attend a birthday bash in her honor at Hollywood club, Las Palmas but was visited by Kim Kardashian and Lady Victoria Hervey at her home instead.
Lohan last night complained her 90-day jail sentence is a violation of her human rights.
The actress, who caused a stir when she arrived in court with 'F*** you' written on one of her nails, even tweeted an article from the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights to back up her claim.
'No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment,' she wrote.
Just to make it clear she was talking about herself, Lohan continued by quoting law professor Erik Luna on U.S. sentencing guidelines, under which she was punished.
'Scores of federal defendants, sentenced under a constitutionally perverted system, that saps moral judgment through its mechanical rules.'
Her attempt to stress the 'degrading' nature of her punishment might have had a stronger impact has she not sent out a very different message in court - images of Lohan's fingernails showed the words F*** U.
Lohan was quick to claim the nails were a joke, tweeting to a friend: 'Didn't we do our nails as a joke with our friend?
'It had nothing to do w/court.. it's an airbrush design from a stencil.'
But the obscene message was clearly visible on the middle finger which was often pointed in the direction of Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel.
While the judge would not have been able to see the word from where she was sitting it was picked up by photographers who were allowed into the courtroom.
The words had been painstakingly written in black over colorful nail polish.
The gesture made a mockery of the actress's tearful plea that she was taking her court appearance seriously.
'I am not taking this as a joke. This is my life. It is my career. It is something I have worked for all my life,' the actress pleaded.
'I don't want you to think I don't respect you and your terms.'
Still, the star won't have time for profane manicures soon enough.
She will have to surrender herself on July 20 to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Los Angeles.
It is likely she will be placed in a special segregated cell for celebrities. However, it is possible she will only serve 23 days behind bars due to overcrowding and the non-violent nature of her crime.
The prison is the very same place where Lindsay served just 84 minutes three years ago before being released due to overcrowding.
It is also where Lohan's former friend Paris Hilton spent several weeks the same year after violating her probation stemming from a driving under the influence arrest.
The Century Regional Detention Facility holds 2,200 inmates and is located in the southern LA suburb of Lynwood.

Michael Lohan is looking more credible every day!
Ok....NUbian but he has been saying she had a problem all along. Mommy dearest was the one lying saying she never took street drugs or scrips.
I'm just sayin....and her Mom is still lying about it.
And let's not forget to give Mom her credit toward making sure her daughter was a case!
@thebarberlady
thanks for saving me a few key strokes.i was just about to say the same thing
Her lawyer didn't leave her when they made up that story about losing her Passport. She waits until the judge gives her jail time and now the lawyer wants to bail?
No one can save Lohan, she is going to have to eventually want to help herself. Her family is dysfunctional as f^^k! Her mother acts like more of a friend than a parent, and that's the problem right there. Frankly Lohan will die if she doesn't save herself.
Sorry, I can't feel sorry for her crying ass. The average person could never get away with what she has and to top it all off she laughed about it & kept doing what the hell she wanted. She needs to go to jail and not just for a few measly months either. Jail will be good for her. It'll be the most sobering experience of her life. She better listen to her wake up call or she's done.
