Kim Kardashian Pulled from Sephora

Kim Kardashian and Sephora have parted ways and it's not amicable.
Sephora is majorly pissed off at Kim Kardashian, because apparently she’s being a greedy perfume b*tch. Kim signed an exclusive deal with Sephora, but then decided to renege on the deal and sell her perfume line to other mass-market retailers, including Target and Macy’s. Kim’s kologne, Voluptous, is the top-seller at Sephora, and although her contract was ending, Sephora wanted to keep her on, but looks like that’s not happening. Sephora has even cancelled her upcoming in-store appearances and is going to pull the perfume from the shelves, that's how mad they are.

That's what you get for being greedy, Kim.

That shit smells like it belongs in a basement dollar store bin. Sephora was stupid to sign her in the first place.

Agreed. That shit stinks... they used a unique process to crreate the aroma: one part ray j's piss plus two parts of Kl-hoe's stank breath and a Dash of Kim's fishy vagina.

Its not worth the money and who wants to smell like that skank. I bet she doesn't wear that crap either.

None of these celebrities wear their own perfume. Look @ Beyodel....do you think she actually wears that pepe le pew shit she's selling. Who the hell is buying this stuff?!! I can't believe fans are that retarded they would buy something even if it stinks like ray j's balls...but I guess so.

I buy a lot of stuff from Sephora on-line and had no idea they had a deal going on. I should go check out the reviews. I for one don't want to smell like sweat and ray j piss.

Exactly how is Kim losing out? Sounds like Sephora is the one out in the cold.

I make a point of NEVER buying a celebrity's product/service or endorsed/cobranded product/service. You are right, they never/rarely wear/use the schlock that they hoodwink (market)the masses into buying.

Sort of reminds of the of acrylic/silk nail trend when I would ask the nail techs why 90% of them didn't wear it themselves - the first response was rarely because it was occupationally not feasible but with disdain the answer was that it was an unhealthy/expensive habit.

You are so right. I never purchase celebrity endorsed products or celebrity clothing lines. You rarely ever see them in the stuff unless their promoting it. They are not real designers. They have no experience or background in fashion. They sell a license for their name and let real designers do all the work while they get all the credit. They get their everyday clothing from REAL designers and so do I. I can read between the lines unlike the naive public they market their inferior products to.

This seems like a good business move n Kim's part. Think about it. Target and Macy's are more common than Sephora. Her cheap *ss fans will have better access to refills of the toxic funk. lol. jk. I've never smelled it. But this was a good business move. She should have warned them first though instead of burning bridges because Sephora really helped Kim out. I don't think that her perfume was the only product that she endorsed with Sephora.

Greedy? No try good business. If the Perfume wasnt selling Sephora wouldnt think twice about ending her contract as soon as possible. She has a chance to make more money in more stores than just Sephora of course she is going to go for it. I come across more Targets and Macys than Sephora.

Sephora didnt do anyone any favors. They inked a deal on a project that they thought was going to make them a lot of money. Thats it. Now that the product is doing so well they probably want to continue an exclusive deal with Kim K. but she has better offers on the table.

Sephora needs to get over it! If they pulled the perfume it was a dumb move on their part since it was their best seller and believe me they need the business, I rarely see anyone in their store. don't cut off your nose to spite your face....
