U.S. cable network Disney Channel has greenlighted a new live-action comedy series, "Ant Farm," starring new talent China McClain.
The 12-year-old plays middle schooler Chyna Sparks, a musical prodigy who gets into a gifted program called Accelerated Natural Talent at the local high school.
Along with her fellow "ANTs," she must navigate the halls of a new school of older kids who are not particularly fond of grade-skipping newbies.
The series brings with it plenty of behind-the-scenes Disney pedigree. The pilot was written by Dan Signer from the networks' "The Suite Life on Deck." Meanwhile, director Bob Koherr has worked on episodes of "Hannah Montana," and "Wizards of Waverly Place."

it will end well because Chyna's parents much like Raven's parents do not play. Everyone discussed their parents on daddy's little girls so I highly doubt she will go that route. Her Father gets with them too. Both parents are involved, on their job and ready. Kim Fields, Raven, Keke Palmer, Kyle Massey, when the focus is on the child being a CHILD. I have never cared for Nickolodean because they went too far, Disney has some success stories.

i like the show idea, hope its a huge success (we need more black children shows(Raven was bout 21 playing a highschooler,lol)) and hope she does well like Keke Palmer.
her parents, need to take her far away from disney, you all have seen the way they turn those white girls out, lets name names, britney spears, lindsey lohan, christina aguilera, the 3lw girls kiely, adriene bailon, miley cyrus, her parents need to wake up and get this talented child another gig, because I don't want to see this poor girl, grow up too fast like the ones named above.
