Paris Hilton picked up a new Rolls-Royce Ghost earlier this week from a dealership in West Hollywood. The car retails for $245,000, but if you want a panorama sunroof, that's $7,000 more. I hope that car makes her feel better about the fact that her former BFF just got married to her ex-boyfriend's brother, that she got married period, and that Paris wasn't invited.
