Leo Skolion, 81, sued the Dip It Low star in January 2010, two years after alleging she had let one of her pets escape her property, leaving the dog to run wild and take "a huge chunk" out of the back of his arm. He received 19 stitches to treat the wound.
In legal papers, Skolion claimed Milian was guilty of negligence and it was her fault he had been left with "severe personal injuries".
He named Milian, her mother and her sister in the lawsuit and sought undisclosed damages.
The R&B hitmaker settled the dispute with her neighbour last week (ends09Jan11), handing Skolion $55,000 to put an end to the matter, according to TMZ.com.

First off "Hit-maker" is a far fetch. I could not stop laughing at that omission of error. This chick has been f_cking for tracks since Cool and Dre, to the Nightmare/Dream and still ain't had a hit to date.
Well I guess those extra stacks she got from the Nightmare...Opps I meant to say the Dream came in just in time. This bish is scandalous in the fact that she would not step up for an elderly man that could have died from her dog, not to pay or have home-owners insurance that should had paid out to the old man, or she should have done the right thing and paid grampy.
This just confirms what a f-up bish this chick is. It's kind of strange that this is now being settle now that she has been on the come up from her divorce. Her broke ass probably didn't have the money to pay the poor old man. I hope she had enough common sense to get rid of the dog and keep it from her paycheck...oppos I meant her child/baby.

You mean after 2 years this bish wouldn't pay the old man and he HAD to take her to court - I lose more and more respect for her every day.... this is trifling.... control your damn pets... and if you can't pay up and pay promptly... 9 stitches for an 80 something year old could be pretty damn traumatic.
