Nicki Minaj celebrates Pink Friday's platinum status with a brand new photo shoot.

So upon hearing the news that her debut album has gone platinum, what better way fro Nicki Minaj to celebrate than with a sexy photo shoot that showed off her famous bottom perfectly.
And as pink is her favourite colour, it came as no surprise to see the rapper and singer flaunt her booty in a hot pink corset with a tight matching jacket.
And she left even less to the imagination for the second photo in which she arches her back and pouts for the camera in a black lacy body stocking.
And the only thing protecting some of the 26-year-old's modesty was a black bra with some Mr T-style gold chains draped across her bosom.
The Trinidad and Tobago-born star released the photos upon hearing that Pink Friday had gone platinum in the US.
The album was released in November last year, and charted at number-two on the US Billboard 200, kept off the top slot by Susan Boyle.
But the album still sold one million copies and went platinum status on December 17th, just one month after it was released.
And on Wednesday, Nicki took to her Twitter page to declare: 'Pink Friday remains the #2 Rap Album and the #4 Album in the country on Billboard’s 200. Thank you for your continued support.'
And with her duet with Trey Songz, 'Bottoms Up', also going double platinum, it's proved to be a pretty good start to the year for Nicki.
As 2010 ended well for her and heralded in big things for her career this year, she marked the occasion with a big All Pink Everything party in Miami for her friends, family and colleague.
She also performed on U.S. video show 106 and Park's New Year's Eve show, and took to the stage in another out-there ouftit of white hotpants, silver top, white fitted jacket, pale blue tights and white shaggy Chanel heeled fur boots.
