Kris's parents own burger joints. Kris isn't a child he's an adult. If they got a divorce Kim wouldn't be entitled to his parents assets. Also 8 mill in Hollywierd isn't much of anything. You can lose that in 1 bad deal. Kim wouldn't want a pre-nup if Kris was loaded. She's trying to protect herself. She probably realizes something has to be fucked up in Kris's head if he'd actually agree to marry her.
