Britney Spears is being sued by the company who partnered with her to created a fragrance line but she's been deemed mentally incompetent to testify.

After the 29-year-old's parents deemed her 'mentally incapable' to testify in a court case earlier this month, now her lawyers say she is also unfit to do the same in a perfume lawsuit.
Britney is being sued for $10 million by brand management and consultant company Brand Sense Partners, who say that the singer cut them out of a deal.
They claim that while she was working with the company, she failed to tell them about a project that she was also working on with Elizabeth Arden.
The company are now trying to take Britney to deposition, and have asked a judge to order her to attend and take part, meaning that she would have to provide a sworn testimony.
But it appears that the singer can avoid it.
Britney remains under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie Spears, and her lawyer, Andrew Wallet, and so far her legal team have refused, saying that without their approval, she cannot legally be forced.

I don't feel sorry for Britney. Clearly she doesn't want to be in the spotlight anymore, but her parents and record label are just using her for more profits because they know the bitch still sells. She knows all of this but still gears up on velveeta cheese grits every morning and half ass through choreo in the afternoon. She'll never be broke. Bitch needs to put her foot down (and up some asses) and tell all them no.

Brittany doesn't give a f*ck anymore. I can't say that I blame her though. All she has to do is show up, half-ass through a performance, and collect a check. Yeah, her daddy is spending a lot of it, but like everyone knows she will NEVER be broke. She knows it.
Brittany just wants to be left alone. After what Federline did to her, her brain has permanently gone out to lunch and ain't comin back. They have to pump her so full of drugs and in a vegetative state, so they can get her to go back on stage and perform like a fuckin robot. She has been exploited by everyone and if they don't leave her alone and let her have some kind of a life where she has peace, she's gonna off herself. I really hope I don't read about her one day.
